Great little whole in the wall Ecuadorian restaurant. I've been coming here for years with my family and they never disappoint! I usually get the Bolon mixto with a side of white rice and the food is always on the point and delicious. I also get the lulo or najaranjilla with milk, which is so tasty. I can't find that in a lot of Hispanic restaurants, so it's always a nice little treat to get it here. Only deducting one star because on days when it's super busy the service isn't always the best, but they always try their best to be accommodating nonetheless. They also have a few big TVs here, which makes it a great place to watch a soccer game. In addition, they also have an outdoor patio that's covered, which can be a nice area if you have a large family gathering and don't want to be in the main seating area.

We come here for solid Ecuadorian food. My husband's mom is from there and says they cook super well and authentic here. The service could be better but you come for the large drinks and food. We always have leftovers. The salchipapas are always delicious. The costillas (short ribs) are cooked perfectly and never well done. Love their house green sauce too. Pay cash to avoid a CC fee though.

I live in the Court Square area of LIC and have been craving some good Ecuadorian food. Found this place online and saw the bad reviews but went ahead and ordered anyway. I'm Ecuadorian myself an I miss my moms cooking so I gave it a shot. They delivered with no fees and it was quick. I ordered the shrimp ceviche, shrimp cazuela, seco de chivo (goat stew), and caldo de bola. All of it is authentic, fresh, and delicious! Will definitely order from here again and you should give it a try too!

This medium sized very traditional Ecuadorian restaurant is located right off of 495 LIE, with all the Spanish and Ecuadorian classics you would expect. Seafood, Chicken, Pork a large menu of classics. Multiple drink options nonalcoholic the staff speaks Spanish not really friendly or a talkative yet they were extremely efficient. The food comes out very fast, you need to clearly tell the Waitress to hold off on 2, 3 courses because they brought our huge Soup with the dinner at the same time so your entree got cold while eating your soup. They did have approximately 6/7 parking spots in the rear for patrons. They automatically include a Tip in on your meal or check and they do not tell the customers so people are then tipping the staff a second time which I find deceitful. All our food was delicious and serving sizes were plentiful, there was no music and no decor or mood so bring a big group of friends or family to talk with and share some laughs. We will definitely be back again, they had no Flan which was very surprising the girls did not state whether they were simply out of it or don't carry it the other dessert choices were on point so we all didn't mind coffee was made fresh and we as a larger group were able to sit a bit longer and enjoy. Some great laughs. Very

We passed by this restaurant so many times and wanted to try long time ago but never had a chance. This time we came here without a plan. Food wise...the red snapper was delicious but steak was not up to par. Hubby ordered a Colombian style steak but it was quite hard and chewy with not much flavor. They do have other steaks on the menu to choose from. We ordered the one from the picture. It looked nice and I read reviews about that particular steak but turned out to be nothing special to tell. Anyway, my fish turned out to be very good! I usually like broiled fish but this snapper was cooked with some special sauce with some nice flavor. I wouldn't recommend the steak but I recommend the fish. Not a big fan of the drinks here. It's a stand alone restaurant. Hard to find in NYC these days because they usually operate in a building on a street. Because of the location, they offer a parking spot, something New Yorkers don't have to worry while dining. We thought the service can improve a little more but the waiter and waitress are nice and sweet.
